The Liquid Vault (User Dashboard) – MVP Walkthrough

After logging into Liquid’s website and completing verification, users can navigate to the Vault (or go directly to vault.liquid.finance). You will be prompted to connect a Solana wallet (such as Phantom, Solflare, or a built-in Liquid Web Wallet if available). The Vault uses your wallet to:

  • Display token holdings

  • Sign transactions securely when needed

Key Sections of the Liquid Vault Interface

My Assets (for Asset Owners)

This section lists assets you have tokenized (as an owner). Each asset appears with:

  • Asset Name (e.g., "Beach House LA")

  • Token Symbol (e.g., BHOUSE)

  • Ownership Stake (e.g., 300,000 out of 500,000 tokens = 60%)

  • Current Status (e.g., "Tokenized" or "In Progress")

  • Actions (Manage or View)

Manage/View leads to an Asset Management Dashboard, including:

  • Asset Overview: Shows details like total token holders, pending actions, and a mini-activity feed (e.g., "Metadata updated", "1000 tokens transferred").

  • Distribute Tokens: Allocate tokens to investors by entering wallet addresses and amounts. The Vault checks for KYC compliance before allowing transfers.

  • Freeze/Unfreeze or Lock Settings: View vesting schedules or unlock tokens (if permitted).

  • Upload/Update Documents: Add new documents (like appraisals) to IPFS and update metadata. Only authorized users can update asset information.

  • List on Marketplace: Sell some of your tokens by setting a price or using the AMM for instant liquidity.

My Investments (for Token Holders)

This section shows assets you have invested in (assets tokenized by others):

Each investment displays:

  • Asset Name & Token Symbol

  • Number of tokens you hold

  • Percentage of asset ownership

  • Current valuation (based on marketplace price, if available)

  • Earned income (if applicable)

Investment Details View includes:

  • Performance Graph: Track token price movements over time (if traded frequently).

  • Sell Tokens: Sell your holdings via market orders or limit orders on the AMM.

  • Collect Income: View and claim any pending rental income, dividends, or other distributions. (Liquid may also auto-airdrop stablecoin payouts into your wallet.)

  • Voting/Governance: Participate in votes on asset decisions — weighted proportionally by your token holdings.

Marketplace Integration

The Vault seamlessly connects to Liquid’s Marketplace, allowing users to:

  • Browse available tokenized assets

  • Filter/search by category, region, yield, etc.

  • View key details:

    • Asset Name

    • Token Price

    • Market Cap

    • Yield (if applicable)

    • Verification Badges (for due diligence approved assets)

You can invest directly in new assets without leaving your Vault dashboard.

Wallet & Transactions

A wallet summary section shows:

  • Balances of SOL, $LIFI, USDC, and RWA tokens

  • A history of recent transactions including:

    • Token creation

    • Trades

    • Transfers

    • Staking activities

This makes it easy for users to track their full on-chain activity in a user-friendly way.
